Returns & Refunds Policy (Fullcourt Gameprints®)

Overview
Fullcourt Gameprints® produces prints on demand in small batches and maintains strict quality control. Because of the nature of our products and limited production runs, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. We do, however, guarantee your print arrives as ordered and in perfect condition.
1) Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.
2) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our promise)

If your print arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@fullcourt.club with: order number, photos of the item and packaging, and a short description.

We will respond within 48 hours and, if confirmed, will at our option: (a) replace the item at no cost, or (b) issue a full refund to the original payment method if replacement is not possible.
3) Change-of-Mind / Size / Color Exchanges (Limited)

Because our prints are produced to order and in limited runs, returns for change of mind are not accepted by default. If you receive an eligible product and still want to return it, contact hello@fullcourt.club within 7 days of delivery to request a return authorization. Returns accepted at our discretion and subject to the rules below.

Approved returns must be: unused, in original condition, with original packaging, and shipped back within 14 days of approval.
4) Refunds, Restocking & Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when we shipped the wrong item or the product arrived damaged.

Refunds for approved returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the item is received and inspected. We may issue store credit instead of a refund at our discretion.
5) Proof & Inspection Requirements

For any claim, we require photographic proof (closeups of defect/damage and packaging). Claims without sufficient evidence may be denied.

All returned items are inspected; items that show signs of use, damage, or altered packaging may be refused or subject to partial credit.
6) Limited Editions & Final Sale Items

Limited-edition drops, numbered prints, and items marked FINAL SALE are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless damaged or defective on arrival.
7) How to Start a Claim / Return (RMA process)

Email hello@fullcourt.club with subject: Return / Claim — Order #[ORDER#]. Include photos and a short description.

We’ll reply within 48 hours with an RMA number and instructions if the return is approved.

Pack the item securely (we recommend tracked shipping and insurance). Return address will be provided with the RMA.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm refund/credit or next steps.
8) Consumer Rights & State Laws

This policy is intended to comply with applicable U.S. laws. Certain state laws may provide additional consumer protections; where applicable, those laws will govern.
